Finally found my regular mechanic in DFW! The combination of a trustworthy and responsive front office and a knowledgeable and highly skilled mechanic made this my goto shop for BMW for life. Lightning fast service times and very fair prices that can save you 50% or more off dealer rates. All while doing even better work than the dealer. First time visit. Took my son's 328i for an oil change. From the moment we walked in, we were met with courteous and helpful staff. They found something else wrong under the car, brought us back and explained exactly what was wrong while showing us the problem. Excellent service, great knowledgeable staff. I want to keep my 2026 BMW M3 Competition in top shape. The regular BMW servicing is 10k miles. That is way too long for a car like this. I have been servicing at 5k miles instead. The team at DFW Bimmer got me into the shop on the day. It only took 30 mins to complete. They used Liqui Moly oil and changed it out to 5W-40. This provides better protection than the standard oil during the Texas summer. I will definitely be back. Such a great team and experience.

When you arrive, you’ll immediately notice several BMWs parked out front, which is reassuring, it’s clear that they specialize in and prioritize BMWs. I had a few services done here, including a transmission oil change. Interestingly, BMW of Dallas claimed the transmission fluid was “lifetime,” which I realized was BS. Jesse even answers the phone himself at times something I find impressive, considering he’s busy working on cars. It really speaks to his dedication to the business and his customers.

First class shop. A/C on 2019 5 series quit working. Took car to 3 other shops and they just said take it to the dealer. I found DFW Bimmer, spoke with Jesse on the phone. He seemed very knowledgable, so I set an appointment. They did a quick flush and recharge, and were able diagnose the issue quickly.
Most importantly, this shop is honest. And very skilled. Every shop I went to talked a lot, but no one wanted to fix it. DFW fixed it! So happy to have a shop I can trust, I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed .

Had a Valvetronic exhaust on a ‘22 m440i that kept rattling because of bad fitting. Came in one day and they expected the clamps were too loose so they tightened it up. After a few hours the rattling came back.
I came back another day and they fixed it after I supplied them with longer screws for the brace, and it’s been fixed since.
For both days they only charged me once which was 95.
Would come back again for maintenance.
