I just found DFW Bimmer Repair and could not be happier with the experience I had. Jesse, John, and Alyssa are all very knowledgeable about BMWs, friendly, and really gave me a fair price to replace my lower control arm bushings on my 2008 Z4 Coupe. The shop is very clean and I will be taking my car here for regular service intervals as well.

Jesse and Alyssa have been great throughout my experience at this repair shop. When you arrive, you’ll immediately notice several BMWs parked out front, which is reassuring, it’s clear that they specialize in and prioritize BMWs. I had a few services done here, including a transmission oil change. Interestingly, BMW of Dallas claimed the transmission fluid was “lifetime,” which I realized was BS. Jesse even answers the phone himself at times something I find impressive, considering he’s busy working on cars. It really speaks to his dedication to the business and his customers.

First class shop. A/C on 2019 5 series quit working. Took car to 3 other shops and they just said take it to the dealer. I found DFW Bimmer, spoke with Jesse on the phone. He seemed very knowledgable, so I set an appointment. They did a quick flush and recharge, and were able diagnose the issue quickly.
Most importantly, this shop is honest. And very skilled. Every shop I went to talked a lot, but no one wanted to fix it. DFW fixed it! So happy to have a shop I can trust, I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed .

I wanted to thank everyone who reviewed Jesse and his team, it was the reviews that brought me to get my BMW Z4 fixed, when BMW dealership in Grapevine said they need three months to get the part, after the first wrong diagnosis, I was put off, and decided to take it to DFW BIMMER Jesse fixed my car in three weeks. Amazing place to have your car taken cared of at a lesser cost and Jesse the owner is so accommodating and helpful. His daughter is such a wealth of knowledge. She helped me what to look after in maintaining my car since my husband just recently passed away who was the one keeping up with the repairs/maintenance in bringing it to their shop.

Awesome customer service and very quick turnaround time for the services rendered to my vehicle. They did a great job in explaining every issue and took the time to show me pricing differences with certain work done and work removed.
